What is EMDR?
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a therapeutic approach that is extremely effective in the recovery and healing of trauma and other distressing life experiences.
EMDR assists with the relief of anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, panic disorder, grief and bereavement, depression and any concern where one feels “stuck”.

My practice is centered on using a holistic and eclectic approach to therapy. I work with my clients by providing counseling support and resources necessary to reach their desired goals. Individuals have the answers within themselves and when given the space to explore, the solutions can be found. Working together we will discover ways to allow for positive change and personal growth.
